More Bisaya Vegetarian Dishes

Mushrooms 
stuffed with shredded crabsticks
in tofu mayo sauce

Vegetarian kare-kare
all the same veggies,
but with tofu thin squares

no kare-kare 
is complete without 
the salted vegetarian bagoong tofu

pickled cucumber
pickled sayote and carrots

with pickled black fungus
in garlic soy vinagrette

baked potato squares
in homemade pesto sauce
