Four healthy dressings for the Bisaya Vegetarian

Sustainable eating and the Bisaya Vegetarian


These are recipes I learned today,
at a cooking class,
at Ananda Marga Wellness Center,
Mandaue, Cebu.


Healthy Dressing 1: Sweet pepper-carrot dressing:
Grate half a carrot,
slice half of a red sweet pepper,
olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin,
then blend.


Healthy Dressing 2: Avocado-Squash-Mango
Mix with mustard, black pepper & salt,
then blend.


Healthy Dressing 3: Tofu Mayo
olive oil, lemon, apple cider vinegar,
stevia, mustard, salt,
then blend.

Healthy Dressing 4: Sesame vinagrette
Cane vinegar, apple cider vinegar,
soy sauce, lemon, tomato hot sauce,
roasted sesame seeds, honey.
then mix.
