For the Pinoy,
lunch means fried chicken and rice,
perhaps from a side walk vendor,
or jollibee or mcdonalds,
or from the many chicken restaurants,
or chicken inasal stalls and cafes...
Again, at Ananda Marga Wellness Center,
I learned that eating healthy vegetarian is easy,
it is not painful nor does it require sacrifice.
This is how healthy vegetarian lunches look like:
