How to make mango seaweeds for the Bisaya Vegetarian

Sustainable eating and the Bisaya Vegetarian

A familiar cheap cebuano recipe:

Buy a small pack of guso / seaweed P4,
2 indian mangoes at P6
4 pcs small tomatoes P5
Blanch the seaweeds in boiling water,
Slice the mangoes & tomatoes,
Mix the seaweeds, mangoes and tomatoes.

Chop 2 tbsp of roasted peanuts,
Get a pinch of muscovado sugar,
Sprinkle over the mango, tomato, seaweeds.

Make a vinagrette dressing,
put vinegar, tomato hot sauce, roasted sesame seeds and honey.
Pour over the salad and serve.
