The pinoy is use to eating a hearty breakfast:
rice, eggs, fried danggit
or with chorizo, tocino, ham, sausage,
called the SILOG,
it is everywhere,
it has even hit the streets of the U.S.A.
now food trucks sell silog in the land of Uncle Sam.
Until, I joined as a external weekend student
at Ananda Marga Wellnes Center,
my breakfast was a SILOG,
i thought it was healthier,
coz it was a tuna silog...
how crude my healthy food awareness was then...
after my mind was opened at Ananda Marga Welness Center....
Lots of real healthy breakfast possibilities ....
