How to make coco jackfruit for the Bisaya Vegetarian

Sustainable eating and the Bisaya Vegetarian

Healthy and affordable,
bisaya vegetarian.

Today's recipe:
coco jackfruit.

Buy 1 coconut at P25,
grated by the seller,
or you can do it yourself,
and get your exercise for the day.
Get 1 cup of water
and pour over the grated coconut.
Squeeze the coconut milk,
then strain the coco milk.
Remember  do not cook,
it will be hard to digest if cooked.

Buy  a small pack of unripe jackfruit,
cost about P15
at any corner wet market,
boil to make it tender,
strain and put in a serving bowl

Pour the coco juice over the jackfruit,
add cherry tomatoes,
which you can grow in a pot or in your garden,
season with black pepper, cumin, ginger extract, stevia, and salt.
Top with chopped parsley.
Enjoy your meal!!!
