Traditional Method of Making Rice Paper in Cu Chi, Vietnam

One of the most popular Vietnamese dish is the Fresh spring roll with shrimp and vermicelli noodles dipped in sweet fish sauce. There are many kinds of spring rolls. The basic ingredient is rice paper. In the  Cu chi area, known for their tunnels that help defeat the French then the Americans  during the Vietnam War, one can see how they make rice paper using the traditional way and utilizing simple traditional tools.
